Do you serve other drinks?

Yes, we stock a range of cold beverages and depending on your event we are happy to work with you to supply the drinks you need. 

Do you supply alcohol?

The Caravan bar is a BYO service so we don’t have a liquor licence. All you need to do is supply the alcohol and other beverages and we take care of everything else. If your time schedule is to tight we are happy to help with organising the purchase of alcohol and transport.

Does the caravan come with a fridge?

Yes we have a built-in bar fridge in the caravan. It can hold up to 250 beers or 60 bottles of wine. There are also ice bins that can be filled with ice to keep your drinks cold during service.

Is glassware included?

We are happy to work with you to organise glassware hire as an additional service. 

Can we ask for special requests?

Give us a call or email us with your event idea and we can discuss any options.

Do you need access to power or water?

Access to power would be great. We use power to run our fridge, lights and coffee machine. If you don’t have access to power we can organise a power generator. We don’t need access to water, we have our own water tank onboard.

Are you happy to travel?

We are Auckland based but we love a good road trip and we are happy to travel around. Please contact us to discuss your location and the cost. Additional travel expenses will apply for any bookings beyond the Auckland region.

Can you provide more staff if needed?

Absolutely, we can easily arrange more staff if you are having a large event.

How much space do I need for the caravan?

You need to ensure that there is clear access, and the site is on firm, flat ground. 

The caravan dimensions are:
Length: 5m (including drawbar) Width: 1.9m Height: 2.5m

How can I book this handsome guy?

Easy, complete the Enquire Form or send us an email and tell us about your exciting plan. We would like to know about your venue location, event date, number of guests and the service required.  Also, let us know about any special requests.

We will email you a quote. To confirm your booking we require a 50% deposit.The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.

Do you have cancellation fees?

We unfortunately do. Once the booking is confirmed, the date is yours and we decline any other enquiries. Please note that booking deposits are non-refundable. However, depending on your circumstances, you may be entitled to receive a credit and we can work with you to re-schedule to another date.
